1 Year Standard Warranty on Parts and Labour

Warranty Duration

This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date and/or completion of installation. This warranty is non-renewable. 

Parts Warranty

Any parts that malfunction or cease to operate due to manufacturing defects, after the installation has been completed, tested, and verified, will be replaced at no additional cost; however, labour fees may be charged for parts reinstallation time. 

Labour Warranty

Any work or parts that malfunction, cease to operate, or are damaged due to installation flaws or installer errors will be repaired, replaced, or restored at no additional cost during the coverage duration.

Limitations

This warranty is exclusively applicable to the items (parts, components, materials and labour) outlined in the final and approved quote and/or contract; applicable exclusively to the location determined and outlined in the approved and final quote and/or contract, where there are several areas, locations, or branches of the client. 

 

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer. It does not cover any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the installed system. 

 

Any approved warranty work will be performed during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, excluding weekends and holidays. Emergency work required outside of these hours will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover: 

 

Other similar parts that are previously or formerly installed from the installation date, and that are not included in the parts and labour outlined in the final and approved quote and/or contract.  

 

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or the inability to properly use the installed parts and/or system. 

 

Damage caused by structural issues related to the building or property where the installation is performed. This includes, but is not limited to, foundation problems, wall and ceiling integrity, roofing issues, or any other structural defects that may affect the installation. 

 

Damage due to normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, regular deterioration over time, including cosmetic damage and parts that degrade. 

 

Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs to the installation, including but not limited to firmware and software upgrades. 

 

Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, power surges or failures, natural disasters, force majeure, acts of God. 

 

Theft or loss of any components or materials related to the installation. This includes any items that are stolen or lost during or after the installation process. 

 

The warranty does not cover used parts.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact us by emailing us with your proof of installation and a detailed description of the issue. Proof of installation includes the invoice associated with the product/installation. Please use the warranty claim form found on our website. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the repair or adjustment of the installation. All claims must be received via email within the warranty duration period. Any claim received outside of the warranty duration period will not be accepted and considered expired.
